Vision for Education is looking to appoint enthusiastic and adaptable Primary School Teachers to work across a range of friendly and welcoming primary schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas.

Job Description

As a Flexible Primary School Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.
Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan and deliver lessons where required.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Support pupils to achieve their full potential through high-quality teaching.
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
Uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain professional standards at all times.
What We Require

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Two recent professional references.
