Salary
* Nursery Practitioner – Up to £28,000 per annum
* Room Leader – Up to £32,000 per annum
* Third in Charge – Up to £34,000 per annum
* Nursery Teacher (QTS/EYTS) – Up to £36,000 per annum
About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are supporting two high-quality nursery settings in Hadden Hill, Oxfordshire, with the recruitment of passionate Early Years professionals.
We're currently recruiting for:
* Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3)
* Room Leaders
* Third in Charge
* Nursery Teachers (QTS/EYTS)

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5
* Support children's learning in line with the EYFS framework
* Create safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environments
* Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Maintain safeguarding, health & safety and nursery standards
* Plan engaging activities and monitor children's development
* Lead and support room teams where appropriate
* Mentor colleagues and promote high-quality practice
* Support the day-to-day running of the nursery in leadership roles
* Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Practitioners)
* Level 3 or above with leadership experience (Room Leaders & Third in Charge)
* QTS or EYTS (Nursery Teachers)
* Previous UK Early Years or nursery experience
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
