Skilled Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team on a major industrial fit-out project in Northampton. This role involves assisting with the installation of large-scale industrial screens and partitioning structures within a newly developed global retail fulfilment centre.

You will be working alongside specialist installers and engineers, ensuring the project is completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the handling, lifting, and positioning of industrial screens and frames.

*

Using basic hand and power tools under supervision.

*

Moving materials across the site safely and efficiently.

*

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

*

Supporting various trades on-site with general construction duties as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

*

Valid CSCS Card: Essential for site access.

*

Experience: Previous experience as a skilled labourer on industrial, commercial, or warehouse fit-out projects.

*

Full PPE: (Steel toe boots, hi-vis, hard hat).

*

Attributes: Strong work ethic, physically fit for heavy lifting, and a great attitude toward site safety
