Purpose of the role:
The Night Warehouse Controller is responsible for taking good-ins overnight, maintaining and cleaning the warehouse including fridges, packaging area, mezzanine floor and general warehouse. A key part of the role will be to ensure we have consistency for all warehouse inventory for both goods-in and goods-out.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handover with opening controller.
* Cleaning of warehouse, fridges, packaging area and general warehouse.
* Ensure all good ins are processed on time and accurately.
* Signs drivers back in after their routes have been completed.
* Freshdesk ownership of round reconciliation.
* Complete handover, checklists and closure reports on time.
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
* Coordinate with other departments where required, such as, delivery time, procurement, and customer service.
* Follow all RASOP documents to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
* Report damaged or missing items through electronic portal.
* Report accidents, incidents and near misses through electronic portal.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good physical fitness (as role may involve lifting and standing for long periods).
* Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent employment attendance record.
Desirable Skills:
* Food Safety qualifications.
* Previous warehouse experience.
* Forklift licence.
