The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our well-established client based in Walsall.
This is a hands-on role working within a busy warehouse and yard environment, where you'll be responsible for the safe movement of products and supporting the day to day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading deliveries.
Moving products around the warehouse and yard.
Picking and preparing customer orders.
Assisting with stock control and keeping the warehouse organised.
Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any faults.
Always following all health and safety procedures.
Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
What We're Looking For
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in date)
Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
