Provide clear, friendly guidance — whether helping guests navigate the hotel or offering local recommendations
Assist with taxis, transfers and special requests
Support colleagues across Front of House and F&B, especially during peak times
Report maintenance issues promptly and participate in team briefings to help refine service flow
Contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, service quality and the overall guest experience

Calm, professional and confident when assisting guests
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable with manual handling and safe handling of luggage, trays and trolleys
Able to communicate clearly in spoken English
A natural team player with a warm, reassuring presence
