About the Role
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team, managing the commercial aspects of interior fit-out projects across the UK. Working closely with clients, suppliers and project teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered profitably, efficiently and to a high standard.
Projects include Student Accommodation, Hotels, Offices and Public Sector developments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the commercial delivery of multiple projects.
Prepare valuations, variations, cash flows and monthly CVR reports.
Procure subcontractors and issue orders in line with company procedures.
Review contracts and identify commercial risks.
Manage subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, risks and opportunities.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project close-out and commercial reporting.
Ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures and health & safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Quantity Surveying qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent).
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within interior fit-out.
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Valid CSCS Card.
Desirable
Experience within commercial fit-out, residential, hospitality or student accommodation.
Knowledge of CVR reporting and commercial forecasting.

Location & Working Pattern
Office based in South Manchester.
One day per week working from home during probation.
Increased hybrid flexibility available after successful completion of probation.
