How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Central London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days WFH, with flexibility)

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Creative to join a dynamic and growing fashion brand. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the creative vision that will define the next chapter of the brand's evolution.

We're looking for a highly creative, culturally connected leader who understands how to build compelling brand worlds, create work that resonates with modern consumers, and inspire teams to produce their very best work. This is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on the future direction of an ambitious fashion brand, leading creative strategy across campaigns, content, design, photography, editorial and brand storytelling.

Importantly, we welcome applications from both client-side brand leaders and agency creative talent. You may currently be a Creative Director within a leading advertising, creative or integrated agency and be looking to make the move client-side, or you may already be leading creative within a consumer, fashion or lifestyle brand. Either background could be a great fit. What matters most is your ability to combine outstanding creative vision with strong leadership, commercial awareness and a deep understanding of culture and consumer behaviour.

If you're passionate about fashion, youth culture, creativity and building high-performing teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a brand's creative future.

    The Opportunity

As Head of Creative, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a forward-thinking creative vision that keeps the brand culturally relevant, commercially successful and visually distinctive.

You will oversee and manage the in-house creative function while collaborating closely with external agencies and creative partners to ensure a consistent and cohesive creative approach across all channels and touchpoints.

This role requires someone who thinks beyond traditional fashion marketing. You'll bring a sophisticated understanding of youth culture, emerging trends, social behaviours and the evolving media landscape, helping the brand stay ahead of the curve and create work that consumers genuinely connect with.

You will lead the development of multi-platform campaigns, editorial content, photography, video and design assets, overseeing projects from concept through to final execution across the UK and ROI markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and lead the overall creative vision and direction of the brand.
    • Lead, mentor and develop the in-house creative team across design, photography, editorial, styling and production.
    • Regularly review and critically evaluate creative output, leading discussions around what world-class creative looks like through a culturally relevant and consumer-focused lens.
    • Drive the creation of innovative, engaging and commercially effective creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Work collaboratively with marketing, ecommerce, brand and commercial teams to ensure creative aligns with wider business objectives.
    • Oversee the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, brand campaigns and digital content.
    • Lead the creative direction and development of purpose-led and product-focused photoshoots.
    • Oversee art direction, styling and production of photography and video content across campaign, ecommerce and still-life shoots.
    • Support and guide the Studio team to ensure exceptional production standards and best-in-class ecommerce photography processes.
    • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs based on cross-category content planning and lead the team through execution.
    • Manage relationships with partner agencies, freelancers and external creative suppliers.
    • Support wholesale and brand partners with creative direction, content creation and brand consistency.
    • Own and manage creative, photography and production budgets, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
    • Champion innovation and creative excellence across every touchpoint of the customer journey.

    About You

We're looking for an inspirational creative leader with a strong portfolio of brand-building work and experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.

    You could come from:

    • A leading fashion, retail, consumer or lifestyle brand.
    • A creative, advertising, integrated or branding agency as a Creative Director or senior creative leader looking to transition client-side.
    • A business where you've successfully led campaigns, content, creative production and brand storytelling at scale.

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Significant experience in a senior creative leadership role, ideally as a Head of Creative, Creative Director or equivalent.
    • Outstanding creative vision with a portfolio demonstrating innovative and impactful work.
    • Deep understanding of youth culture, fashion, social trends and consumer behaviour.
    • Strong appreciation of visual storytelling, art direction, photography, content creation and brand identity.
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Experience managing agencies, external partners and creative production suppliers.
    • Strong budget management and commercial awareness.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative leadership.
    • A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge, influence and inspire.

    Why Apply?

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious fashion brand at an exciting stage of its journey and play a leading role in shaping its creative future.

You'll have the autonomy to influence brand direction, build best-in-class creative capabilities, lead talented teams and create culturally relevant work that genuinely connects with consumers.

We particularly welcome applications from agency Creative Directors seeking their first in-house leadership role, as well as established brand-side creative leaders looking for their next challenge. If you're a visionary creative with a passion for fashion, culture and people leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
