We are now working with a US investment bank, who are looking to add an Investment Banking VP to their European Healthcare M&A team. You will supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of corporate finance deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading major parts of deals
- Complete involvement in transactions from inception to completion
- Financial analysis; deal strategy
- Supervising junior team members
- Working with senior clients on deal structuring and negotiation

- VP level Investment bankers from other firms
- Excellent deal sheets
- Healthcare deal exposure
