How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We're partnering with a globally recognised consumer brand business that's behind some of the world's most loved products. With a strong international presence, ambitious growth plans and a culture that combines creativity, collaboration and pace, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business where no two days are the same. You'll be surrounded by talented people, given real responsibility and have the chance to make a genuine impact in a business that continues to go from strength to strength.

As an FOB Account Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a fast-moving international operation, owning the end-to-end FOB supply chain process for a portfolio of key customers. Working closely with commercial, operations, procurement and logistics teams across the UK, US and Asia, you'll manage orders from production through to delivery, keep customers informed, solve problems before they become issues and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a highly visible role that offers fantastic exposure across the business and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling priorities and being the person who keeps everything moving forward.

We're looking for an energetic, organised and commercially aware professional with experience in supply chain, customer service, account coordination or a similar operational role. You'll be confident working with international customers, comfortable analysing data in Excel and motivated by delivering outstanding service. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive, proactive mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love taking ownership of challenges. If you're looking for a role where you can develop your career, work with global teams and be part of a business that's full of momentum, we'd love to hear from you.

In return they are offering a salary of up to £42,000, a discretionary annual bonus, hybrid working and the chance to work for an expanding global business that are making serious moves in the industry.
