Business Specialist - Supply Chain & Quality, Filton (UK)
£41.17 per hour | Inside IR35 | 3 month contract - highly likely to extend for another 12 months.

As a Business Specialist in Supply Chain & Quality, you'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders and help drive continuous improvement through structured data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Specialist you will analyse key performance indicators, consolidate business reports, and support governance and performance tracking across the organisation. You'll coordinate data from multiple systems, support plant and final assembly reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including leveraging AI tools to enhance data consolidation and insights.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience analysing data and producing reports
- Supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Google tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- SAP experience
- Aerospace industry exposure
Experience is prioritised over formal qualifications and full training will be provided on specific internal systems if required.

- Hours: 35 per week over 4.5 days
