Business Immigration Associate / Senior Associate (4+ PQE)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
I'm currently working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Business Immigration team.
The role will involve advising on:
- Skilled Worker visa applications
- Sponsor licence applications and compliance
- Managing the Sponsor Management System (SMS), including assigning Certificates of Sponsorship
- Right to Work advice and compliance audits
- Immigration enforcement matters
- Corporate immigration support and due diligence
- Advising clients across the healthcare, higher education, financial services and commercial sectors
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years' PQE with strong business immigration experience
- Experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- An interest in networking and business development
- Experience supporting corporate transactions and immigration due diligence (desirable)
