Sales Negotiator
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:30pm (with a day off in lieu during the week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency in Cheshunt.

Key Responsibilities
- Registering buyers and managing applicant enquiries
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building strong relationships with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Generating new valuation opportunities
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
- Keeping up to date with local market activity and property stock
Requirements
- Previous experience within residential property sales or estate agency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Professional, personable and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence essential
