The Role
As an experienced Children's Social Worker, you will:

Manage a varied and complex caseload independently.

Complete high-quality assessments, planning, and interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.

Assess and manage risk confidently, using professional judgement in complex situations.
*
Build strong working relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.
*
Produce clear, analytical reports and maintain accurate case records in line with statutory requirements.
Essential Requirements
*
Social Work England registration.
*
Minimum 3 years' experience working within a UK Local Authority Children's Services team.
*
Ability to manage complex cases independently.
*
Strong assessment, safeguarding, and risk management skills.
*
Right to work in the UK.
