We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury spa resort, offering an exciting opportunity to join a professional team dedicated to wellness, beauty and outstanding customer service.
Whether you're looking for 16, 24 or 32 hours per week, this role offers flexibility while allowing you to work in a premium environment where quality and client care are at the heart of everything.
What You'll Be Doing
✨ Delivering luxury manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, extensions and nail art
✨ Creating bespoke, trend-led nail designs tailored to individual guests
✨ Providing expert consultations and aftercare advice
✨ Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat bookings
✨ Recommending products and treatment enhancements
✨ Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation and professionalism
What We're Looking For
✔ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Nail Services, Beauty Therapy or equivalent
✔ Previous experience as a Nail Technician, Nail Artist or similar
✔ Strong technical ability across a range of nail treatments
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Passion for beauty, fashion and the latest nail trends
✔ High attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional results
Desirable
⭐ Experience within a luxury salon, spa or premium hospitality environment
⭐ Additional training in BIAB, nail extensions or advanced nail art
⭐ Retail sales experience
⭐ Experience building and retaining a loyal client base
