HAIL Partners is working with a leading global private markets investment firm looking for an organised, detail-oriented IR Assistant to join its busy Investor Relations team in London.
You'll provide high-level PA support to a senior IR leader whilst supporting on IR related duties for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, travel, and expenses for a senior IR executive
- Handle correspondence and follow-ups on their behalf
- Support the wider IR team across UK and US time zones
- Coordinating global roadshows
- Build knowledge of the firm's investor base and products to liaise externally with investors
- Juggle competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Supporting on fundraising activities
Role requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in private markets
- Previous Investor Relations experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, "no task too small" attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with AI tools to boost efficiency
