This is a unique opportunity for a successful consultant who loves delivery and relationship management but is ready to play a bigger role in developing others.

You'll be joining a well-established team dedicated to servicing a major key account with a constant flow of live vacancies. The client relationship is exceptionally strong, meaning you'll focus on what you do best:
✅ Delivering quality candidates
✅ Managing the recruitment process
✅ Building candidate relationships
✅ Supporting and mentoring team members
✅ Acting as a role model for recruitment best practice
Approximately 80% of your time will be spent delivering roles, with around 20% focused on coaching and supporting colleagues.
Who we're looking for
You may be:
- An experienced 360 Consultant looking to move into leadership without the pressure of sales targets and BD activity
- A strong Delivery or 180 Consultant already mentoring others and ready to gain formal leadership experience
- A proven recruiter with excellent client and candidate management skills who enjoys helping others succeed
