Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to play a key role in delivering large-scale decarbonisation projects?
We’re working with a leading M&E contractor that has secured a major £15 million decarbonisation scheme and is looking to appoint a talented Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical delivery from start to completion.

The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the mechanical package on a flagship £15m project, ensuring delivery is safe, commercially successful and completed to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the mechanical installation from pre-construction through to handover.
* Leading site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
* Programme management and coordination with the wider project team.
* Client and consultant liaison.
* Managing quality, health & safety and commissioning.
* Commercial awareness, variations and project reporting.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering large M&E or mechanical projects.
* Strong background as a Mechanical Project Manager.
* Experience within decarbonisation, energy, public sector or complex building services projects is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* A proactive approach with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
