Junior HR Business Partner

A leading law firm is seeking an ambitious Junior HR Business Partner to join its high-performing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and commercially focused role, partnering with key practice areas in London as well as an international office.
This role sits at the heart of the business, offering real exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to influence people strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to designated practice areas, building strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders
- Lead on a wide range of employee relations matters, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice
- Support and influence stakeholder engagement across both London and an international office
- Contribute to succession planning and talent development initiatives
- Partner with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and retention
- Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives within client groups
- Work closely with the wider HR team on strategic projects and HR best practice
About You
- Currently operating as a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Proven experience supporting practice groups or fee-earning populations
- Strong background in employee relations with confidence managing complex cases
- Demonstrable ability to build credible stakeholder relationships at senior level
- Commercially minded with the gravitas to influence and challenge where appropriate
- Experience or exposure to succession planning and talent initiatives
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills
