We're partnering with a highly regarded, progressive law firm looking to appoint an experienced Head of Family / Partner to lead its successful Family team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Family Solicitor or Barrister (10+ PQE) seeking genuine leadership, autonomy, and the chance to make a lasting impact within a respected firm.
What you'll be doing:
✔ Leading and growing a well-established Family department
✔ Managing a high-quality caseload of complex Family matters
✔ Driving business development and expanding client relationships
✔ Mentoring and developing talented lawyers
✔ Playing a key role in the firm's strategic direction and continued growth
What we're looking for:
🔹 10+ years' PQE (or equivalent) in Family Law
🔹 Strong technical expertise across private Family matters
🔹 Proven business development success and an established referral network
🔹 Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team
🔹 Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach
