Our two-year management programme provides structured training, operational experience and leadership development to prepare you to run your own store.
What You'll Do- Progress through a structured development programme working in many different roles

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work across multiple Salad Project locations
- Passion for hospitality and healthy food

- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to commit to the 24-month programme
- Flexibility to work 45 hours per week
- Salary progression from £28,000 to £37,500
- £500 bonus every 6 months
- 30 days holiday (includes bank holidays)
