The Role
Based in West Sussex, you will be responsible for the advanced maintenance and repair of sophisticated luxury swimming pool systems nationwide. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency and commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine annual services, maintenance, and expert pool cleans.

Perform accurate and thorough diagnostics on complex pool plant equipment (heating, filtration, dosing, control systems).

Demonstrate the ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently on site, minimising downtime for the client.

Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring timely and accurate job reporting and liaison with the Service Office.
Desirable Knowledge/Skills:

A comprehensive understanding of pool systems and their components.
*
Strong water chemistry and filtration knowledge is highly advantageous.
