This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Bartender to join the team from the very beginning and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at a restaurant destined for serious industry recognition.
The concept is a small-cover, casual dining restaurant delivering Michelin-level cuisine in a relaxed, family-style setting. The menu celebrates exceptional British produce, heavily influenced by the chef’s heritage and personal style. The drinks programme will complement this vision, with a carefully curated selection of wines, cocktails and premium beverages served with the same attention to detail as the food.
With a close-knit front-of-house team and a 4.5-day operation, this role offers the chance to work alongside a genuinely exceptional team in an environment focused on quality, hospitality and team culture.

The Ideal Bartender
The team is looking for someone who is:
- Experienced working in high-quality restaurants, cocktail bars or luxury hospitality environments
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledgeable about classic cocktails, wines, beers and premium spirits
- Calm, organised and able to thrive in a busy service environment
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional, personable and committed to maintaining exceptional service standards
- Low ego, enthusiastic and excited by the challenge of helping build something special from day one
