How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Our award-winning team is growing. We’re looking for ambitious, curious content professionals to help accelerate the development of our rapidly scaling portfolio of government-facing B2B events and media products – including high-level summits, private roundtables, webinars, and research programmes.

You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team with a proven track record and big ambitions. Our clients are among the world’s leading tech firms and consultancies, and our audiences are senior civil servants shaping the future of digital government. Our flagship event just achieved an industry-leading Net Promoter Score of +71.

    About the role:

We are seeking a bright, highly personable graduate to join us as a Junior Content & Event Producer. This is a hybrid role combining:

    • Content research – understanding the priorities of digital and data leaders in government;
    • Relationship development – engaging directly with public-sector stakeholders to shape our events;
    • Event production – helping design, build and deliver high-quality conferences, workshops and editorial content.

You will work closely with colleagues who already manages deep relationships across government's digital, data and technology community, and you will receive extensive support, coaching and exposure.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is socially confident, intellectually curious, and eager to build a career at the intersection of public policy, technology and events.

    Key Responsibilities

    Research & Content Development

    • Track the transformation priorities of senior digital, data, technology and service-design leaders across UK government.
    • Assist in designing event themes, agenda structures and content briefs that reflect live government challenges.
    • Prepare guest briefs, talking points and background notes for interviews, fireside chats, breakout rooms and discussion tables.
    • Contribute to editorial articles, speaker profiles, and pre/post-event content.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Support relationship-building with central and local government DDaT teams.
    • Join video calls and in-person meetings with senior public-sector leaders (alongside experienced colleagues).
    • Assist with speaker outreach, follow-ups and diary management.
    • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and insights.

    Event Production

    • Help build conference programmes, select contributors and coordinate logistics with internal colleagues.
    • Support the delivery of conferences, workshops and meet-ups — including on-site support at live events.
    • Help manage delegate communications and ensure a seamless participant experience.
    • Assist in post-event reporting, insight capture and follow-up.

    What We’re Looking For

    Essential

    • A strong academic background (any discipline) with evidence of intellectual curiosity.
    • Confident, sociable and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
    • Excellent written English, able to write clearly and accurately.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable with video calls, note-taking, and participating in meetings.
    • Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.

    Desirable

    • Interest in government, technology, digital transformation, public services and/or policy.
    • Experience in student journalism, events, research, debating, campaigning or ambassador roles.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workspace, HubSpot and/or AI tools
    • Experience of using Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and other AI tools

    What You’ll Gain

    • Exposure to the most senior digital leaders in UK public services.
    • A front-row seat to government digital and data strategy.
    • Hands-on experience producing high-profile conferences and events
    • Meaningful career progression toward senior producer, content editor or stakeholder engagement roles.
    • A supportive environment with continuous learning, mentorship and responsibility from day one.

    Working Arrangements

    • Initially remote, with regular virtual meetings and strong team support.
    • Transition to 2-3 days per week in a London office as the team expands.

    What we offer:

    • Competitive base salary + incentive scheme
    • Respected event brands, strong marketing support, and growing repeat business
    • A small, entrepreneurial team with real visibility and impact
