How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Engagement Lead

    Up to £130,000 + 20% Bonus + Commission + Benefits

Hybrid – Greater London (Client travel across London + weekly office collaboration)

Some client relationship roles are about keeping projects on track. This isn't one of them.

We're partnering with a growing technology consultancy that's helping organisations solve complex business problems through modern technology, data and AI. Their clients see them as trusted advisors rather than suppliers, and as they continue to grow, they're looking for an Engagement Lead to take ownership of some of their most important relationships.

Reporting directly to the Founders, you'll own a portfolio generating several million pounds in annual revenue, acting as the strategic lead across 7–8 key client accounts. Alongside your client responsibilities, you'll lead and develop a small but growing Engagement team, helping to shape best practice, mentor colleagues and build a high-performing client function as the business continues to scale.

Your clients operate across sectors including Financial Services, FinTech, FX and Energy, and you'll become the person they turn to when they're thinking about what's next.

This is a relationship-first role. You'll spend your time getting under the skin of your clients' businesses, understanding their priorities, challenging their thinking where appropriate and connecting them with the right people and solutions internally. You'll work closely with delivery and technical teams, but you won't be responsible for running projects day to day.

You'll also be joining a consultancy that's genuinely excited about where technology is heading. AI, data and emerging technologies are becoming a bigger part of the conversations they're having with clients every day, and they're looking for someone who's naturally curious, commercially aware and enjoys exploring new ideas with customers.

The role is hybrid, with regular travel to client sites across London alongside weekly collaboration with the wider team in Greater London.

    What you'll be doing

    • Own a portfolio of 7–8 strategic client accounts across multiple sectors.
    • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
    • Understand client priorities and help shape long-term technology strategies.
    • Partner with delivery and consulting teams to ensure clients achieve outstanding outcomes.
    • Spot opportunities for additional projects and grow existing relationships.
    • Lead commercial conversations around account growth, renewals and future engagements.
    • Bring ideas to clients around AI, emerging technologies and digital innovation where they can create genuine business value.
    • Lead, coach and develop a small but growing Engagement team.
    • Help shape the future of the client function as the business continues to grow.
    • Act as the voice of the client across the wider business.

    What we're looking for

You'll probably already be working in a technology consultancy, digital consultancy or similar client-facing environment.

You know how to build lasting relationships, you're comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and you enjoy understanding what makes businesses successful. You're commercially minded without being overly sales-driven, and you have experience leading or mentoring client-facing teams. Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in how technology is transforming organisations.

We're particularly interested in people with experience of:

    • Managing strategic client relationships within a technology or digital consultancy.
    • Owning high-value enterprise accounts or portfolios.
    • Leading, developing or mentoring client-facing teams.
    • Working with Director and C-suite stakeholders.
    • Growing accounts through trusted advisory relationships.
    • Collaborating with technical, consulting and delivery teams.
    • An interest in AI, modern technology and digital transformation.

    Why join?

This is a consultancy that's investing in the future. Technology sits at the heart of everything they do, and AI is becoming an increasingly important part of how they help clients solve complex business challenges and identify new opportunities.

You'll report directly to the Founders, giving you genuine influence over strategic client relationships, the development of the Engagement team and the future direction of the business. You'll have the autonomy to build relationships your way, backed by talented consultants and a business that's ambitious about where it's going.

Alongside a salary of up to £130,000, you'll receive a 20% annual bonus based on company and individual performance, plus commission for identifying and developing new project opportunities within your portfolio.

If you're passionate about building long-term client relationships, enjoy talking about technology and want to play a key role in the growth of a modern consultancy, we'd love to hear from you.
