Private Client Paralegal/NQ solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a respected and growing law firm in Stafford. This position offers the chance to work alongside experienced practitioners, gain exposure to high-quality private client matters, and build a long-term career within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced Private Client lawyers and gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trust administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision while continuing to develop their technical expertise and client relationship skills.
About You
• Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
• Previous Private Client seat and/or relevant Private Client experience
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in Private Client law
