How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you looking for a permanent role within a specialist therapeutic school?

If so, this role is perfect for you!

Early Years SEN Teacher - The Role

This school is looking for a dedicated Early Years SEN Teacher to support young children with autism and developmental needs within a specialist Early Years provision. The successful Early Years SEN Teacher will deliver engaging, play-based learning tailored to each child's individual developmental stage and EHCP targets.

You will work alongside therapists, behaviour practitioners, and teaching assistants to provide an integrated approach to education, supporting communication, early language, social interaction, sensory development, and school readiness. The role requires someone who can create a nurturing, structured, and stimulating environment where children can build confidence and independence from the earliest stages of education.

The ideal Early Years SEN Teacher will have excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, experience supporting children with additional needs, and a genuine passion for early intervention.

This is a permanent position starting ASAP.

Early Years SEN Teacher - The School

This is a specialist independent SEN school in Chelsea supporting approximately 35–55 pupils aged 2–11 with autism and related developmental needs. The Early Years provision provides intensive therapeutic support, combining high-quality teaching with evidence-based interventions to help children develop communication, social, and learning skills from an early age.

Children benefit from high staff-to-pupil ratios, personalised learning programmes, and access to a multidisciplinary team working together to achieve the best outcomes. The school is currently rated Good by Ofsted.
