Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Full Time, Monday – Friday (Days)
Location: Crowle, Scunthorpe - North Lincolnshire
We are expanding and this is an exciting time to join our team! This is a brand-new role to the business.
We are looking for a practical, self-motivated, approachable, and versatile Administrator to join our growing business. Ideally, someone with the ambition to grow and develop within the role.
Within this role you will work in a busy office environment, carrying out a variety of tasks to help support the operations and management team, office experience is essential.
Your role will include the following tasks:
* General administration duties.
* Ensuring compliance duties are adhered to across multiple operations.
* Laboratory training will be provided to enable the successful candidate to understand the process and be able to offer support during busy periods.
* Coordinate weighbridge operations, including vehicle check-in, weighing, and documentation.
* Support to the Management Team in the delivery of operational and business activities.
* Record and maintain site & operational data within excel based systems.
* Assist with maintaining compliance with Health & Safety policies, procedures and requirements.
Ideal candidate:
* Previous experience within office administration is essential.
* Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Weighbridge experience (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* The ability to prioritise tasks in line with business demands.
* Located within commuting distance of Crowle, Scunthorpe (DN17 4DA)
