How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Maintaining training records and ensuring GMP compliance throughout the business

For candidates with additional experience, there will also be opportunities to lead quality improvement initiatives, validation activities, mentor colleagues and take ownership of key quality systems.

    About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and maintaining the highest quality standards.

    Essential

Strong understanding of GMP and wider GxP requirements. Experience of QMS, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Controls and batch record review. Excellent investigation and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clear technical reports and quality documentation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple activities. Excellent communication skills and confidence working across all departments. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

We'd love to see experience of

Minimum 3 years' Quality Assurance experience within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Internal or supplier audits. Validation. Supplier Quality. Training and mentoring colleagues. Continuous improvement projects

    Why join BSPG?

As a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer, every member of our team makes a genuine contribution.

    You'll enjoy:

A varied role with real responsibility from day one. The opportunity to influence and improve quality systems. A supportive team environment where ideas are welcomed. Exposure to all areas of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. Ongoing professional development. The chance to grow alongside an expanding business.
