Kinetic Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Holywell. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work with immediate starts available.
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Your duties will include:
*Operating sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
*Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
Working closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
*Carrying out visual quality inspections and checking product weights and dimensions.
*Packing finished products to the required quality standards.
You'll also be expected to:
*Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
*Wear the required PPE at all times.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
*Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
