How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Cyber Service Operations Analyst
    £500 - £600 per day | Outside IR35
3 month contract - Possibility of extension
Predominantly Remote - with monthly travel to London or Birmingham

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Cyber Service Operations Analyst or Cyber Operating Model Consultant to support a large-scale cyber transformation programme focused on the rollout and operational adoption of managed cyber security services across a global organisation.

Working as part of a dedicated cyber programme, you'll be responsible for defining and documenting cyber service operating models, supporting service adoption and establishing consistent processes, governance and responsibilities across multiple regions. You'll work closely with cyber leadership, IT stakeholders and a strategic security services partner to ensure services are embedded effectively.

The role is centred around operating model design, service documentation and stakeholder engagement. You'll facilitate workshops, produce process maps, RACI matrices, governance documentation and service catalogues, while helping define the interaction between internal teams and third-party service providers. This is a business-focused role and is not a hands-on technical cyber security position.

The successful candidate will have experience within cyber operations, cyber transformation or cyber service management, alongside strong business analysis or operating model consultancy skills. You'll be confident engaging stakeholders, documenting complex processes and supporting the delivery of cyber services within large, multi-regional organisations.

    The Role:
    * Design and document cyber service operating models supporting global service delivery
    * Facilitate workshops to define processes, governance and operational responsibilities
    * Produce process maps, RACI matrices, service documentation and governance frameworks
    * Support the rollout and operational adoption of managed cyber security services across multiple regions

    The Person:
    * Experience within Cyber Operations, Cyber Service Management or Cyber Transformation environments
    * Strong Business Analysis, Service Design or Operating Model consultancy experience
    * Experience creating process documentation, operating models, governance frameworks and RACI matrices
    * Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across large, complex organisations and third-party service providers
