You'll be supporting children 1:1/ in small groups, assisting with learning, emotional regulation, and behaviour strategies; contributing to a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment; gaining insight into different SEND conditions inc autism, ADHD, and trauma-related behaviours
You must have:
A background or strong interest in psychology, mental health, or child development
Enthusiasm, empathy, resilience
