What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from ECTs who:
Hold (or will achieve before September) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have completed or are completing a secondary teacher training programme.
Are passionate about delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
Have strong classroom management skills or are eager to develop them.
Are committed to helping every student achieve their full potential.
Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Are adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in different school environments.
Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one through Tradewind Recruitment.
Can provide satisfactory references covering recent education or employment history.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
