We're working with a well-established and growing construction company in the Bicester area that's looking to recruit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career within the industry.

No previous Quantity Surveying experience is required – if you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic, our client will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects while learning all aspects of the commercial side of construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with cost estimates and project budgets.
.Measuring quantities from drawings.
.Supporting the preparation of valuations and cost reports.
.Helping to manage subcontractor payments and procurement.
.Learning how to prepare tender documents and quotations.
.Working closely with site and commercial teams to monitor project costs.
