Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead the team during service and in the Head Chef's absence
Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
Assist with menu development and daily specials
Help manage stock, food costs, and minimise waste
Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standardsWhat we're looking for
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Fresh food background with good all-round cooking skills
Passion for seasonal ingredients and modern cooking
Calm, organised, and a positive leader
