Beyond the day-to-day, you'll support HR projects and system enhancements (we use Workday), produce management reporting, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.
What we're looking for
* A strong background in HR administration, with sound knowledge of the employee lifecycle
* Proven team leadership experience, ideally within HR Shared Services or HR Operations
* A dependable, professional approach - calm under pressure, meticulous with detail and discreet with sensitive information
* A good understanding of UK employment legislation
* Confidence with HR systems (Workday desirable) and Microsoft Office
A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential - relevant experience and the right approach matter most.
