The Opportunity
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs through one-to-one support and small group activities. Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
Assist teachers with delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement in school life.About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
A strong interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, flexible, and proactive approach.
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
