The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children's individual needs, plan engaging activities, and help create a learning environment where every child feels encouraged and valued.

Deliver creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
Encourage children's social, emotional, and physical progress
Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating nursery environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Support daily routines and contribute to the effective operation of the nurseryCandidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years practice
A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
