The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will support the delivery of excellent care and learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework. You will help create engaging activities, encourage children's development, and contribute to a positive environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
Encourage children's social, emotional, and physical development
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating nursery environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity within the setting
Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nurseryCandidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practice
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
