The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children's individual development, create engaging learning opportunities, and help maintain a positive environment where every child feels valued.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
Promote inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities throughout the nursery
Support daily routines and contribute to the effective running of the settingCandidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years practice
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
