As an ASD TA, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support that enables pupils to engage confidently in lessons and reach their individual potential. Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom and one-to-one support as an ASD TA
Adapt learning activities to meet the individual needs of pupils with autism
Use positive behaviour management strategies to encourage engagement and progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO in your role as an ASD TA
Promote confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeingAbout the School

Candidate Requirements
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Previous experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential
