How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role

    As Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, optimise internal processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the organisation.

    You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating departments, improving productivity, and ensuring the business continues to operate efficiently as it grows.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee the day-to-day operational activities across multiple business functions.
    Develop, implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.
    Monitor business performance through KPIs, reporting and operational metrics.
    Lead, mentor and support operational teams to achieve business objectives.
    Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects and customer commitments are delivered successfully.
    Work collaboratively with Sales, Technical, Service Delivery and Customer Success teams.
    Identify opportunities for automation, innovation and continuous improvement.
    Assist with forecasting, resource planning and operational budgeting.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry best practice.
    Support senior management with strategic planning and business improvement initiatives.About You

    We're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded operations professional who thrives in a technology-driven environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement.

    Essential Skills & Experience

    Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Senior Operations, or similar leadership role.
    Strong organisational and project management skills.
    Experience managing, motivating and developing teams.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    Strong analytical skills with experience producing operational reports and KPI analysis.
    A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
    Previous experience within an IT, technology, MSP or technical services environment is highly desirable.Desirable

    Experience implementing operational improvements or business transformation projects.
    Understanding of managed service delivery or technical operations.
    Knowledge of ISO standards or quality management systems.
    Prince2, Lean, Six Sigma or similar operational improvement qualifications.
