Forever Teaching is currently recruiting qualified Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming and supportive primary schools across Stockport.
We have opportunities available immediately, as well as roles starting in September. Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day supply, a consistent long-term placement or a role that could lead to a permanent position, we'd love to help you find the right opportunity.
We are particularly interested in qualified Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a positive impact and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
The Role
* Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
* Provide 1:1 support for pupils who require additional assistance
* Support pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH where required
* Work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment
* HLTA candidates may have opportunities to lead lessons and provide class cover
What We're Looking For
* Level 2, Level 3 or HLTA qualification
* Experience working within UK primary schools
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Flexible, reliable and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
