How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Air Conditioning Service Engineer

    Location: London
    Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Excellent Benefits

    Air Conditioning Service Engineer – London

    An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a leading international HVAC manufacturer. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its service team, supporting customers across London and the surrounding areas.

    This role offers the chance to work with industry-leading equipment, receive ongoing manufacturer training and become part of a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that invests in its people.

    The Role

    As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial air conditioning equipment across London. You'll provide exceptional technical support to customers while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits.

    * Diagnose faults and repair commercial air conditioning systems.

    * Service and maintain VRF/VRV, split, multi-split and heat pump systems.

    * Complete service reports and documentation accurately using digital systems.

    * Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support on site.

    * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.

    About You

    To be successful, you'll have:

    * Proven experience servicing commercial air conditioning systems.

    * F-Gas Category 1 certification.

    * Experience working with VRF/VRV and split systems.

    * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

    * A full UK Driving Licence.

    * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
