How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the shop floor to maintain production flow and delivery performance.
Develop and implement rework instructions and routing solutions aligned with production priorities.
Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and test procedures to ensure process consistency and repeatability.
Support the achievement of key manufacturing performance metrics, including schedule adherence, cost control, quality, and safety.

    Manufacturing Engineering

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to support the accurate manufacture of aerospace assemblies.
Develop, optimise, and maintain assembly and test process flows, routings, and standard work practices.
Identify and implement tooling, fixtures, and test equipment improvements to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
Lead MRB investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to resolve non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
Define, validate, and maintain permits, concessions, and manufacturing procedures to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with AS9100, NADCAP, FAIR, MRB, and internal quality requirements.
Support production readiness assessments and the introduction of engineering changes.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve manufacturing and testing challenges.
Collaborate with Design Engineering to improve manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and product testability.
