Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time | Rotating shifts including weekends and bank holidays
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting residents with everyday living tasks and encouraging independence.
* Providing personal care in a respectful and dignified manner where required.
* Assisting individuals to access hobbies, activities and opportunities within the community.
* Building positive relationships based on trust, compassion and respect.
* Supporting with medication in line with training and organisational procedures.
* Completing accurate care documentation and reporting any changes in wellbeing.
* Working alongside colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.

Ideally, you will have:
* Experience working within adult social care, residential care or as a Support Worker.
* A caring and empathetic approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A willingness to participate in ongoing learning and professional development.
* Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
