A Production Operative opportunity has just become available within a well-established manufacturing business supporting a diverse customer base. Due to continued growth, the company is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a reliable and detail-focused individual. This role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Whether you're already working within manufacturing or looking to begin your career in the industry, full training will be provided.

Production Operative responsibilities include:

Supporting the movement of components throughout the manufacturing and inspection process.
Carrying out visual checks on manufactured components to identify cosmetic defects and other quality concerns.
Checking components for missing parts and thread damage.
Recording production and quality information using Microsoft Excel.
Following work instructions, quality standards and safe working practices.Production Operative desirable skills and experience:

Excellent attention to detail and good visual accuracy.
Experience within manufacturing, production or assembly would be advantageous but is not essential.
Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel would be beneficial.
Reliable, methodical and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.Production Operative benefits include:
