How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    IT PMO Manager – M&A Integration | Hybrid UK

    THIS ROLE IS 5 DAYS ONSITE IN SITE IN TAMWORTH SO ONLY APPLY AS LONG AS YOU CAN ONLY WORK IN THIS REMIT

    Are you an experienced IT PMO professional with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience? We are looking for a strong PMO Manager to support complex acquisition, integration, and technology transformation programmes.

    This is an opportunity to join an organisation operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment where you will play a key role in bringing structure, governance, and delivery discipline to major M&A initiatives.

    What you’ll be doing:

    ✅ Establishing and managing IT PMO governance across M&A programmes

    ✅ Driving RAID management, reporting, dashboards, and executive updates

    ✅ Coordinating multiple technology workstreams through acquisition and integration phases

    ✅ Supporting Day 1 readiness, post-merger integration (PMI), and TSA activities

    ✅ Managing programme cadence, stakeholder communications, and delivery controls

    ✅ Supporting IT leadership with planning, risk management, and transformation reporting

    What we’re looking for:

    🔹 Proven experience within an IT PMO / Programme Office environment

    🔹 Strong M&A, post-merger integration, acquisition, or divestiture experience

    🔹 Experience managing complex technology programmes across multiple teams

    🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills

    🔹 Background across areas such as applications, infrastructure, ERP, cloud, data, or enterprise systems

    Desirable experience:

    ⭐ Private equity-backed environments

    ⭐ Carve-outs and separation programmes

    ⭐ ERP or enterprise application integration

    ⭐ Large-scale transformation programmes
