Shifts Available:

Sun – Thu 11:30 – 20:00 (which will change to (Apply online only) in arounds a months time)OR

Tue – Sat 03:30 – 12:00 (which will be change to (Apply online only) in around a months time)We are looking for an experienced Transport Team Leader to oversee daily transport operations and lead a team of drivers within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic conditions, has strong leadership capabilities, and is committed to ensuring smooth and compliant transport execution.
 
Job Duties;

Lead daily transport operations and oversee drivers during assigned shifts.
Liaise with planners, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
Monitor deliveries ensuring schedules are adhered to.
Support shunting operations and delivery station activities.
Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.
Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems 
Complete end of the shift debriefs and handovers 
Experience needed;

Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage operational challenges in real time.
