About the Role:
Our client, an established and growing Managed Service Provider, is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team in Cheltenham.

What You'll Do:
Provide 2nd line support across desktop, server and cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory
Diagnose networking issues including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and firewalls
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and IT projects
Support backup solutions and business continuity systems
Maintain accurate documentation and manage tickets within agreed SLAs
Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse client base What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role
MSP experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory
Good understanding of networking fundamentals
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
